Every other day. I love the clean feeling!!! For those who don't wash their hair often - how do you clean your face/neck/hairline properly???? I love having a thorough scrub in the shower! I don't feel very clean when I don't wash my hair/head either. My hairline gets wet. I put my hair up in a ponytail and a headband when I wash my face and neck :)
