I'll post later. Multiple choices enabled in case you vary your routine. "Wash" as defined by using shampoo or conditioner.

Ack I tried to add a poll and broke it. Nevermind that idea!!

Well I will just respond....roughly about once a week. Sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less. Now this requires a lot of braids and messy buns as my hair is annoying and is not curly enough to just reset curls but too curly to attempt to brush or anything. If I straighten it a couple days in I can get more styles out of it but thats a pain. I alternate between my shampoo bars with ac or aloe rinse and sulfate free commercially made shampoos and conditioner.

Every morning usually. Or I look homeless. :/ It sucks.
Thats how mine used to be til I stopped :) Not saying it would work for you because everyones hair is different for sure but yeah, I used to feel like it looked greasy and dirty before it was even fully dry from the last wash.

I conditioner wash every day because I feel weird breaking that routine. But my hair looks fine if I skip a few days.

I shampoo sporadically, just kind of whenever I feel like I need a deep clean. And always after I get my hair cut, because my sister loads on the styling products.

About every other day. If I worked out in between, I shower and shampoo that day. For a while I was washing my hair pretty much every day between the half-marathon training and regular gym activities.

Maybe every week or two with conditioner, and usually at least a month or more between shampoos...I've gone probably a good 5 or 6 months without shampooing before. My hair is very dry and doesn't really get greasy, so I can go a long time with just water, ACV or conditioner on the ends. Sometimes I really do feel like getting that deep clean, though, and it does feel totally different when it's shampooed/conditioned. I just don't like doing it too often, it wrecks my hair.

Every 3 days or so. My hair isn't oily...but I sweat a lot, work with dogs and I prefer it to smell like yummy stuff and not like...life lol

I've been known to keep a professional blow dry going for a shameful amount of time :yikes:

Every day. I just can't bring myself to go through that nasty, greasy adjustment period. Occasionally I'll skip a day of shampoo and just use conditioner, but I usually only do that when I'm off/don't have to be anywhere.

Roughly once a week and only to tone the blonde. I have coarse hair that mats like a dog when it's wet. It's fairly dry and I hate the hassle of dealing with it after it's freshly washed.

Every day. Sometimes every other day, but that's not too often that happens.

My hair gets greasy very easily. Plus I love my hair yo constantly smell like my shampoo because it smells so good, lol.
