Ideally monthly, but more likely every couple/few months. It's a good indicator to how lazy I am considering where I work.

I just can't stand any doggy odour. If they stink it freaks me out. My sister (when I was still speaking to the psychotic mess) always complains of her house stinking of dog. And man! It stinks of dog. I just told her to bath her dogs, she was really shocked.

Her dogs are in a shocking state, matted, dry coat, smelly and disgusting. I don't know how people can not bath them when they are in that state.

I always get told how lovely and clean my dogs are. People ask me now I keep them smelling so nice and they are actually shocked when I tell them that I bath them. It is like a foreign concept to so many people. Odd. I have always bathed all my dogs once a week.

Dogs are supposed to be tied up in the back yard, why the heck do you need to wash them?

To be honest, not very often. We live on a farm, so that "dog" smell is the least of my worries. They're probably bathed every couple of months maybe from Spring to Fall, but in the winter, I just leave them be. They have snow baths.

Usually every 4 weeks. It's been nearly 6 now and they're a tad ripe. I'll be dragging them into the tubroom before training on Sunday though. They'll be clean soon enough. I can't stand the doggy smell!

I can't stand it when dogs smell bad, and their coats are so greasy it leaves a film on your hands :yikes:

I went to someone's house before with Ian to buy some coral, and I started to pet their Golden Retriever... and it was SO stinky. I wanted to wash my hands soooo badly. I can't stand the smell of dogs who are dirty and fed crappy food... I don't know how people can live with that.
^this. ick ick ick.

We've had people comment "I can't believe you're house doesn't smell like dog with 4 dogs inside." I can't imagine if it DID.

My guys probably get bathed every 2ish months. Or depending on if I start smelling something.

Victor got an extra one today because he rolled on a dead deer. Stink! Once a month in the winter, more summer through fall. Usually for this reason.

Once a week or every other week, and I use cleaning wipes on them daily! I do not want them to lay on my couches/bed/etc with pee and poo and dirt matter all over them. D: I use very high quality, gentle shampoo and conditioner and they have awesome coats, despite the myth that frequent bathing dries out their skin.

Wow, I admit I'm amazed. I think I lucked out with Meg, who is a clean dog by nature and doesn't seem to carry an odor or roll in stuff. My mother is the biggest clean freak in the world, and she'd be the first to have a fit if the house smelled like dog. Our Bedlington got bathed every six weeks or so whenever he got clipped, and that seemed like a lot to me.

Never.

She has silky, shiny fur (as you can see in her pics), and has no odour.

Good food, lots of exercise, short fur - no need to bath.

I can't stand dirty dogs. When I dogsit dogs for a week or more, they'll usually end up being bathed within 2-3 days depending on how dirty they are. Especially if they are going to sleep in my bed.

Only a few times a year and never during the winter. Quinn I imagine will get bathed more than Dally because she has those high white stockings, plus she sleeps in bed with me.

Whenever we feel like giving him a bath. He never rolls in anything and his coat is short and smooth so it doesn't hold dirt very much. But he get's a bath every other week to every week, sometimes more. Just whenever we feel like giving him a scrub. He loves baths!

Depends on the situation....

in this case
immediate bath!

But, honestly - he gets bathed and groomed regularly (once a week to a week and a half usually). We brush him nearly every day especially because he is in his "ugly" stage that Aussies go through when their bodies/coats are changing rapidly.

I bathed Milo about every 2 weeks at home, and I gave Tom a bath after he got here and now it's been 3 weeks and he needs another. All the sand, salt, and slush from the snow plows makes him really dirty. I like my dogs to be clean.

I don't know if I'll ever have a dog I don't bathe at least once every month or two.
