I've noticed every dog seems to have a special way of greeting his/her family. How do your dogs greet you when you've been gone?
My dogs:
Boomer has the best greeting. he "smiles" very big lol. He only does this with his people. Everytime I have friends with me when I go home, they ask me why my dog is snarly at me haha. Its quite cute though, I will have to try for a pic sometime.
Preston makes a strange sorta howl sound. Its impossible to explain. It sorta sounds like he's trying to say "How are you?". Preston usually does this for anyone that comes to the door, not just us. People tend to respond with "whats wrong with him" lol.
Duke I guess gives the normal dog greeting. He walks up wagging the tail low and his head bent down. Asks for a scratch on the head. Recently he has started jumping for a big duke hug... just with me though (I no I should not let him get away with that) I make him wait until I say o fine, and he jumps up with the paws on my shoulders. Then he sits down and hopes for another head scratch or belly rub.
