Omg. I'm sorry. I'm sick today and apparently my brain is sick too. I'm mixing up threads like crazy.

I imagine a leash would take more biothane thereby making it more expensive for you? If that's so, then a collar would be great.

Honestly, as long as it's purple (hell, even if it isn't) I will be happy with it. Do whatever is easiest for you or whatever Julee picks. I'm not a collar/leash Nazi. I will be sure to take lots of pictures to showcase it :)

I might have some problems making decisions...

Got a bunch of new biothane ordered today, hoping to have it by the end of the week for some testers and premades to go on display. Got an etsy listing up and a page on my website about biothane. Taking orders at a reduced price, currently! I feel confident in the strength of these since Sir and Ryder/Harlow have been testing, but until I get some more input from testers, these will be pretty cheap. Priced by the length/width, not color!

Are you able to make a custom euro style lead out of the biothane? As in, are you able to put an O ring partway down the lead?

I would be interested in testing out a leash since I'm wanting to get another biothane leash anyway. I like my leashes anywhere from 3/8" to 1/2" at the widest. Like that super lightweight feel. Also. Do you have smaller snaps? I don't like big snaps at all because I think they are heavy.

I'd also be interested in the answer to this! Siri is so tiny that I need itty bitty snaps!

I absolutely could. I would rivet another short piece of biothane onto the side to attach the O ring, just so you know how it would look.

I'd love to make a leash for you! I'm not offering anymore free leashes/collars, but I'd be happy to give you a discount on a leash. :)

The snap on Meagan's leash and Sir's from the previous page are both 1/2" snaps. I don't know if those are small enough for each of you, or if you'd like something smaller? I can look for 3/8" snaps but I don't know if I will be able to find them. :/

When you say 1/2" snap, where are you measuring?

Have you sent them out yet? I totally can't remember which address I sent you. :|
Sorry Julee, I should have just PMed you!

I posted a page or two back that the original biothane I had was too thick to use as a collar, so I needed to order more. Your color choice this time.

Kelly green and pastel lavender are apparently no longer available, so I will have to cross them off my list. :(

Airn, would you like to pick another color for your leash?

Ugh. I got my buckles for the testers and the biothane is too thick for them. So the biothane won't work. Found a new place to buy it from and got some samples and leashes made... perfect! So I am going to order more biothane for the testers...

Julee and Airn can both pick color and width of their desire!

up to 1"... I can get up to 2" in black as well.

Just kidding, missed this. 1" lime green, please! Also, please let me know if I gave you the WA or CT address, because I suck.

I can't find it now, but I believe you asked for guide harness pictures. So here are some good ones!

WARNING: ENORMOUS PICTURES AHEAD.

This is a bit small for him...

If you could add a detachable second girth/retainer strap, that would be nice. I don't know if it'll work for him, which is why I want it detachable, but I have a problem with harnesses slipping forward on him, so I think it might solve that problem. His coat has a double girth and it works beautifully. Something like this (though this is not a guide harness):

I like 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" width on Logan for a harness. Maybe 1 1/2" for the chest strap, and 1 1/4" for the girth. If those are options. If you decide this is something you can do, I'd love to get an estimate! Oh, and I'm also interested in a euro leash (3/8"). I have several leather and nylon ones, but if I end up getting the harness, I might as well get a leash to match. And I MIGHT even spring for a martingale collar, too, depending on how much everything costs. This will sort of be his "formal" gear ;)

I would juuuuust about give an arm for that first leather harness. :p (obviously, it would have to be my right arm too, which would mean giving up driving a stick shift, so that's why I say just about :p )

I would LOOOOOVE to try a guide dog harness. Once I deal with each of the widths and thicknesses, I will draw something up and see if it's something I think I can do. I'm sure I could, I just have to work out logistics first of where everything would go. I can only get biothane in black after 1" wide... Would you want a thick black one or a thinner colored one?

My agility trainer asked me tonight if we could barter collars for private lessons after seeing this collar on Facebook! I love the look of the aluminum buckle with cobra knot.

Thick black is perfect! I'M SO EXCITED. Let me know when you have a plan :D
I will absolutely do that! Should be getting a bunch of biothane early this week to see how the different widths are to work with as far as thickness. Then I'll be able to get a good idea!
