I was just watching the Tyra Banks show and she had the Phelps family on there. They are a family that believes that all homosexuals should die. They then went on to say that this is a doomed America and that 9/11 was the wrath of God and that everyone who died in 9/11 were perverts and sinners.

I am completely discusted with these people. I don't even know what to say.

i've seen interviews with them before. i hate it when people who are so obviously anti-Christ use "God" to back their psychotic views!

There was a member HERE that said the same thing????:yikes:

I am sure she made a bunch off of it, but she was pretty discusted too.

Originally they were supposed to be on the show because to talk about their reasoning behind not liking homosexuality. When they said that stuff about 9/11 she went right away to a commercial break and told them that that was the LAST time they would ever set foot on her stage.

I was actually happy to see that she tackles tough issues like that. Not many people do and it really makes you aware that there are some real sickos out there.

They also said the same thing about the VTech shooting. Fred Phelps and the WBC were planning to protest at the funerals. Saying that it was God's wrath and they deserved it. Now I think those people need to be locked in a mental hospital or behind bars. Or if they hate America so much they should just get out.

This is also the same family that protests at the funerals of soldiers who have died in the Middle East and have issued a statement saying that the kids at VTech got what they deserved.

These people once told me I wasn't a Christian because I was wearing a bandana on my head (i was going to my old kennel job) and only dykes do that. Mine you, I was in my car which had a cross hanging from the rearview mirror, a Jesus Fish emblem on the truck and I was wearing a cross necklace carved from agate. Kind of obvious where my religious leanings were...

This kills me. My husband spent a year in Iraq, and I've heard all about these people. It makes us military spouses sickened. I don't understand there twisted thinking, there is no logic behind it. I really hate it that they are using the same God as I worship to say those horrid things and to act the way they do!

It was the Phelps' group, members of the Westboro Baptist Church. I think at the time Freddy was going through chemo or something and so delegated that day's protest to the flunkies.

I don't hold this to be a blanket belief, but I just can't help but feel that all the hate that man feels manifested itself into cancer, which I feel is a direct Smiting from God. He sees himself as a martyr.

Love how one of the ten comanments in the Bible is "thou shall not judge".
This person is an extremist..I was shocked by her behavoir and views. The only thing that bothers me is that..people may view Christianity by what they just heard.. I hope not!
