Wilbur really really loves the vet!!
After having an AI done (the extraction) he gets really really excited at the vet office.
The rest of my dogs are a little unsure but are easily relaxed.

Jake hates the vet--he doesn't like strangers touching him, so it is usually a bit of a struggle. He has been a bit better the last two times he went, and they didn't have to muzzle him....

Katie is terrified of the vet. Hes a great guy and likes her, but she is just so scared. She shakes, but doesnt snap, growl, or bite. Last time we went I got irritated b/c the tech that came in the room gave me attitude about wanting to hold her on the table instead of her doing it. I worked at that vets when I was younger, and know how to hold her so she cant snap etc, and plus she stopped shaking as much when her Mommy was holding her and not a stranger. *gets mad thinking about it* I hate my baby to be scared.

Boris loves it, but becomes shy when we are in the exam room. In the waiting room, he's all over everyone, putting his paws on the counter to look at the assistants etc... Last time one of them took him in the back for a shot, he took his own leash in his mouth likes he likes to do and just followed her. One of the assistants said he was a 'funny dog' and is always all over him :D

Tips hates it, he usually hides under the bench in the waiting room and it's often hard to get him to follow us in the exam room. Poor baby :(

my dog BETTER like the vet :)

bowie loved the vet as long as i was there. willow could have cared less. mya was afraid but not aggressive.

rah loves life. vets included.

i guess it helps that both bowie and rah came/come to work with me every day, so the vet clinic is just another place to chill for them.

My chihuahua doesn't, she doesn't like strangers. I have to tell the vet to be careful that she'll mostly bite.

First, I don't understand why anyone would take their dog to a vet who doesn't like the dog. I wouldn't want any doctor examining me and displaying attitude.

Trouble loves the vet and the entire clinic staff (save one of the doctors who will never get her hands on TB). Her only hesitation is of late, she's afraid the vet is going to examin her spine and that is an owie of major proportion. So much so, that if and when it is necessary, they sedate her first. Other than that, the clinic is a place to make new "best friends" of the other dogs and kitties (she doesn't like cats) in the waiting room or have the girls at the desk make over her.

Coco was a different story. She had a major attitude problem and hated everyone who didn't live in her house. To a point where we weren't sure we'd be able to keep her and matters got worse after my mom died (she was mom's puppy). With the assistance of the behavioral specialist and a move to a new house, her attitude changed. So great was the change that I was accused of bringing in a ringer to the clinic in her place. Today, having suffered from terrible ear infections, she's used to go to the vets...she has a favorite tech and has TWO vets (which she's positive makes her special). She loves them and they've all come to love and appreciate her for her struggles and bask in the fact that today she's a happy girl.
