I love NS.. worked outside of Antigonish (sp?) for a while. LOVED the province and the people. I want to retire near Halifax/Dartmouth.

I love Nova Scotia too!!! It's my home no matter where I live!!! I was born in Musquodoboit Harbour and grew up in Yarmouth.... I really miss my home!!! Even some of my dogs are named for home, some I bred were "Salt Water Sable" and also my gal Diamond whose reg. name is "Salt Water Shubie" short for Shubenacadie... LOL

Well.... LOL that was a bit Off Topic....

The names are great!!!

and Brenda? ( I am guessing from your line by your username...) I moved here 10 years ago, but make it home at least 2 or 3 times each year. I am coming home this summer on a road trip with a friend and fellow chazzer maybe we can meet up for a coffee once we know when we are coming. My aunt also does grooming in Dartmouth area!!

That's your choice. You should invite us all to your house for a party then if you have no problem with it. Just send an invite with your address. ;) Also, your location says Ontario, why didn't you put your city as public? lol Please don't be a hypocrite.
Ugh. You're kind of a brave little brat aren't you? You've insulted about a dozen very well liked members here during your short stint. If you don't play nice, someone might very well come along and kick your smart ass out of the sandbox, noob.

How were a dozen member insulted? Just in that one post? Most people on here seem to have a thicker skin than that.....

Who cares if someone doesn't want to state their location, especially on a board that they've just joined? Everyone has their own comfort level with these things. I tend to not advertise my location to everyone I meet online either. It may not be difficult to track someone online but why unlock the front door and roll out the welcome mat?

No, not in just one thread, hence why I said in his short stint here. I don't care if he states his location or not.

I buy canned goods and boxed foods from there along with baby formula as it's the cheapest around.

I go to Sam's for my meat as they have some of the best meat there and if they don't have the cut(s) you want, you just tell the butcher guy and he'll ge it to you within about 15 minutes.

But I also go to the local fruit stand for fruits and veggies if I have time and another local grocery store (Winn Dixie) for other things as they have started having some great bargains in an attempt to get customers back (since they opened the Wal-Mart up across the street from it).

I mean no disrespect, but why the drama? If you have a personal issue with the poster why not just PM them, or let the aforementioned insulted posters deal with him? Dekka certainly seems to be able to take care of herself, and hardly seemed insulted by the post.

As for the other posts, most of the ones I saw when I looked them up were ones where the person was misinformed about dogs in general or a particular breed, which happens all the time. Everyone starts somewhere.

JMHO.

Is it expensive to belong to Sam's? I've wanted to for a long time but DH complains about the cost....

I have not offended anyone here. I was more offended by people like you and did not say anything than I could offend anyone else. And please, don't call me a noob, since that has nothing to do whether or not I want to show my address. I have been here for a few months now for your info, so that is just plain rude. If you live in some dictatorship where you are the only one with the right to say something since you are not a "noob" but an "expert", then you are not respecting my right to free speech.

Oh, my bad. I thought I could say what I felt. I just get annoyed with his tone in some posts, so, guess what? I said something about it. I'm having a bad night, so yeah, I'm probably not using my best judgement and I am a little bit short fused at the moment.

My apologies for being human, but ya know, you're kind of doing the same thing you're reaming me for. I'm sure Boxer100 can take care of himself as well.

Whatever. Forget I had said anything anyway. Lesson learned. I'll only post when I'm happy.

Should've probably PMed him instead. It's not a happy vs angry thing, just a civility thing.
Yes. I am aware of that. One more time...MY APOLOGIES. My apologies to boxer100, to sillysally, iwantmypup, you and anyone else who's night was ruined by me venting my frustrations.
