Hooray that is awesome. Hurry up with those vids! :D

There was a rescued JRT, Forrest Gump, who regularly jumped 25ish feet. He was an oversized JRT but thats still a huge jump for a 16 inch dog.

Titles are not progressive. 5 jumps in each jump 'catagory' (I think the first one is up to 12 feet) gets that title. So if your dog never jumps less than 12 feet they will never get the junior title.
LESS than 12 feet? I'm reading that correctly, right? Are you talking about DockDogs? I looked up in my rulebook for DDs and here is how they break the scoring down:

Novice: 0'1"-9'11"
Junior: 10'0"-14'11"
Senior: 15'0"-19'11"
Master: 20'0"-22'11"
Elite: 23'0"-24'11"
Super Elite: 25' and above.

If the dog NEVER jumps below 12', they WOULD get the Junior title depending on how far past 12' they jump.

If you read my previous post I said I couldn't remember the distances (and the names lol) I though the first one was 12 so was using that as an example :D So my post should have read if they never jump less than 9'11 then they will never get the novice title

And yes its dock dogs. Its been over a year since I entered a DD event. No one has 5 jumps yet so I haven't been in a position to get a title. (though Darien did get a ribbon for being the youngest junior handler lol. Poor Kaiden only jumped 2 feet.. he just dropped in)

Another vid of Cheeseface...this was her very first jump of the weekend. This is also the throw style we used again on Sunday when she jumped 19'+.
