I'm honestly not sure. Compared to most people's standards, I eat very healthfully. No soda, so coffee, redbull, and I only ever eat candy or pre-processed food if someone else provides it for me. I am, however, a college student, so I eat a lot of pasta (whole wheat, but still)!
My issues arise in that I am absolutely a boredom eater and I've never really prescribed to the idea of 3 meals a day. Rather, I typically just graze in small amounts all day. Good or bad? I'm not sure. I have a normal (closer to the low) BMI, but I tend to eat all the time! It's gotten to the point that I associate coming home to my apartment with having a snack, so I need to retrain myself on that.
