My babydaddy and I have been debating for months over whether we should circumcise or not. I have been against circumcision since way before I was sexually active. I was taking community college classes in high school, and my human sexuality professor spoke out publicly against circumcision. She made so many amazing points, that I couldn't understand why anyone would cut their baby for aesthetic reasons. If it's a religious belief, that's one thing. But when it becomes a social trend and the biggest argument for it is because it looks better, I have to wonder wtf is wrong with my society. If circumcising females made our vaginas look better, would that become a nationwide trend too?
Circumcision prevents smegma and other infections, as well as STDs. Okay, that's totally believable, thousands of years ago when people took one shower a month. If that. And had no means of protecting themselves from STDs. Now we shower DAILY! We have condoms! Welcome to the 21st century.
Why would anyone risk a doctor accidentally cutting off the tip of their baby's penis? It only happens a small percentage of the time, but whyyy take that risk ever?Only 2 of the dudes I've had sexual contact with were not circumcised, and their units worked very well!!! And both were very attractive. Imo, no flaccid penis is attractive, whether they're cut or not, and you can't tell either way when it isn't flaccid. At the risk of getting way too graphic, circumcised men take much longer to climax... probably due to the fact that there is no protective foreskin over their penis, so it becomes desensitized. My boyfriend has never climaxed from fillatio, NO MATTER WHAT! When I explained that was probably because he's circumcised, and that the foreskin has a lot of nerve endings in it, and why would we want to take that away from our baby, he changed his mind about circumcising. He thinks uncircumcised penises are ugly... but I've seen plenty of weird looking circumcised penises. Of course, his penis is super beautiful, and his son's will be too. Foreskin and all!
Not an argument for or against but I can say that cut men CAN climax from fillatio so i would venture to guess that it is an individual thing as far as THAT is concerned. I won't offer details lol

I'm not saying ALL men who are circumcised can't climax from a bj!!! I've never encountered this issue before. Never. Ever. Never. I have never failed in making a guy climax from fillatio, until my current bf, and it's never worked for him before. Not even if it's done for an hour. :| I have noticed that it takes a lot longer with circumcised guys in general, so there's obviously a sensitivity issue there.
Circumcision CAN reduce sensitivity by 50-75%. CAN, not DOES. But I don't understand why anyone would choose to subject their child to that possibility?
