Really? Her voice is incredible to me, I can only wish I had her talent. It's such a breath of fresh air compared to a million other bubblegum pop singers with the EXACT SAME high pitched, nasally voice.
A big part of her appeal IS how messed up she is, and I'm sure she plays that up with her outfits. I hate the way she looks, lol but that's her deal. *shrug*

Her voice is cool and I agree she's not the same as the rest of the cloned pop singers, but she's not that great. I heard at one show she was too wasted to perform so one of her backup singers fronted the band and they sounded better.
What's the over under on her doing herself in on an OD? 2 years? I find no appeal in someone who is so blatant about their drug use. It's like that guy from Oasis who keeps getting arrested and given more chances, and he'll never change.

I think her music is nice and fresh and I do really like her voice which is big for me, I never listen to female artists. I have her cd, Back to Black, which I think is really good, even though I'm more of a rock/alt type of person. I think she is talented and I think it's sad that she has so many issues but it really doesn't make her music any less interesting/original/nice to listen to for me.
I'm really sick of the drugged out stars getting so much attention. Maybe part of getting a multi million dollar contract should be taking a drug test Its not acceptable to me that someone is really this screwed up-And I read a bio of her on yahoo after I saw her on tv once,its just nutts- gets put up there were kids can want to be them and see all the attetnion they get for it etc etc. And I know rap and some other music is not so great but this girl is literally an overdose waiting to happen. And until then there are little girls who are big fans of her and its sick.

I like her a lot actually..I think she has a great voice. Her apperance doesn't bother me, I actually like the way she does her hair, even if she is on drugs I think it makes her a great singer..
I hate how people bash her and stuff because of the drugs...but what about most of the music from the 70's and stuff? Some people did drugs and still made awesome music.
