YUK!!! I just now felt something on top of my head and couldn't get a grip on it because I've bitten my nails down too short. (lots of stress lately) Went in the bathroom and parted my hair and got the magnifying mirror and finally got a grip on this thing and IT WAS A FREAKIN' TIC!!!!!! :yikes: :yikes: :yikes: It hadn't imbedded itself yet. I am soooooo grossed out! It went down the drain before I had a super good look at it, but it was roundish with a bunch of legs. I'm sure it was a tick. I just pulled one out of Toker's head the other day. That one had already attached itself. What on earth can these creepy things be good for?

Dober - ticks can crawl back up a drain. Make sure you run plenty of hot, hot water so as to scald him to death. I hate them too and Charlie is soooo freakin furry he could have one on him and I'd probably never see it! Gross!

Yeeeewuuuuu. Yuck. Hot water and napalm down that drain, girl. I once left a can of beer on a table on our patio, went inside and pottered and came out again. Took a hearty slug and then watched in horror as some creepy little legs poked out. Shortly followed by the cockroach they belonged to. BLECHHH.

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww roaches. YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I lived in NC there were HUGE roaches there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had never seen anything like that before in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The must have been horrible to have a roach in your drink!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:yikes:

Nasty...I hate bugs. Outside one day Lola picked up a nasty caterpillar, and wouldn't give it back to me. She loved it.

Oooooooo, what horrifying stories. When we were camping one time, I used an empty beer can for an ash tray....LOL. And my then hubby took a big swig out of it. ROFLOL!!!!

Ok....I went back in the bathroom to take a shower, get all spruced up for my vet appointment. (very handsome and nice, possibly single vet...lol) And the creature had not gone down the drain after all. I must have flicked him, thinking he had gone down the sink drain. I had my glasses on this time, for some up close facial work and there he was on the wall paper behind and above the sink. This time, he took a whirl pool bath down the commode. LOL.

I took a great big gulp out of a beer can that someone had been using as a spit can one time. :yikes: I IMMEDIATELY vomited.

Ok the spit can has to be the worst so far followed by the cockroach. Neither of those would allow me not to visit the head lol. The others I can deal with.

I'm gagging just thinking about that...yuck....

Back to ticks, found one crawling on my wrist the other day. Felt like I had bugs crawling all over me for rest of the day. Nasty little creatures.

OK - Joke of the day:

A guy is playing pool with his buddies at a bar. There is a big spitoon in the corner that all the guys are spitting their tobacco in. One guy says to the other "I'll give you 50 bucks to take a sip out of that spitoon." The first guy agrees, goes over and picks up the spitoon and drinks down the entire thing. The guy who dared him says "Oh my god! Why did you do that? You only had to drink one sip!" and the first guy says "I know, but it was one long string - I couldn't stop!"
