Hmmmm......I believe Dogbreedinfo.com has good info about them. The "founding" breeder is Majestic View Kennels......a fairly large kennel, too large IMO, but anyways. Una is a very unique dog. He's gentle with smaller dogs and even other animals, cats and even ferrets. LOL He's very shy...

Correct you are. Una (according to the sources I found) is Hopi Indian, which means "to remember" and is a neutral gender name.......supposedly. He was meant to be a companion dog for my then aging Cocker Spaniel, Toby. Toby passed away before we brought Una home, so we felt the name was fitting.

Here's a couple pics of Toby (RIP buddy) with a full tail. Not the best pics, but they're some of the few digital photos I have of him. He liked his tail and wagged it profusely! It did look like a rat tail when he was swimming though.:)
