When my girl was spayed it was red and oozing and when it came time to take her stitches out they said "It looks a little infected" Then all they did was spray a little anti-itch spray on it and it healed up fine. It irritated my girl so much!

Could they be bloodworms?

I was in my backyard today and i had a comforter outside that was soaked from the rain on my concrete patio, when I picked it up there were alot of little red worms under it!
