My dogs are crated.. if I am gone at work for 8hrs.. a student comes over and lets them outside during lunch.. and back in... kids are home at 3:30 and let them out. They are loose at nite.. however will usually be found laying in their crate with the door wide open.. LOL

Have to agree with you there... however, dog parks in general are pretty active.. people just let their dogs off the leash right at the gates and away they go... I have yet to see one dog that wasen't almost jumping out a window when they pull up to the parks because the dogs know they are going...
