Mutts, you are feeling prosecuted and unfairly targeted here, but I think I have been nice to you and I think a lot of members have been nice to you as well. If there are certain people you don't like or disagree with I get it, but it's pretty of insulting to the rest of us when you say things like what I bolded.

In fact, I think I stuck up for you a bit in a previous thread... And I do GET where you are coming from on this thread and I agreed to an extent. Kneeing the dog for jumping up is stupid and mean, and teaching a kid to do that is an even bigger moron move. However, it probably WON'T end badly and in some giant catastrophe... Probably. It will just suck for the dog

People like to discuss dog-related things here though. This *is* a dog related thing and when threads like this get posted randoms from the internet will read it and just MAYBE one less person will rethink using this method to train.

If you are uninterested in dog stuff or don't like discussing all the little details, perhaps find a forum that isn't dog specific?
