They sell this in the big natural pet food store here and it seems to be pretty decent. I've met a couple dogs on it and they looked good. I also like that they have some different protein sources, like mussels and kangaroo, so it's another option for those dogs with allergies.

Good god, you're right. I just looked up prices.. it's cheaper to feed myself than to feed it. O.O

I posted this in the other thread:

The food appears to be a dehydrated diet, similar to The Honest Kitchen. 10lbs of the The Honest Kitchen's Embark is $73.00 and makes 43lbs of fresh food.

Thus, 11lbs for $75 isn't that outrageous at all. It is expensive, but instead of a 70lb. dog, what about a 35lb dog? That is less than $2/day for 40 days.

Yeah, I saw your post after I posted that, Herschel, but with Middie's metabolism it still averages out to be pricier.

It definitely isn't cheap. We had Herschel on The Honest Kitchen's Embark and we saw noticeable improvement from Canidae within 4-5 weeks. It wasn't anything remarkable, but his coat was glossier.

They've started carrying the ZiwiPeak at the store near me. The price is pretty high, but otherwise I really liked what I saw. I may rotate a bag in every once in a while when I have the money. I got Meg a bag of the venison/mussel treats, and she says they are amazing;).
