I thought that was lame too. I always thought correction fit in with discipline, so it seems redundant to me to be saying it by itself... >9.9< I wonder what Cesar thinks of that lol...

Zen K9 is NOT K9-Zen

I recently put a promotional business video up on youtube for my company, K9-Zen. After about a month, a strange woman posted "If I had a dog I would stay away from these people" to the video. I was shocked, and hurt that someone would post such a hurtful comment. I was at a loss as to why.

So as her comment suggested, I did a search for "K9-Zen" on google. I saw my website come up (K9-zen.com) but also other links to something called "Zen K9". After clicking links, watching videos, and reading forum posts, I began to realize why she posted her comment. She was confusing US with THEM.

So... I would like to clarify and hopefully cut off any other possible confusion. K9-Zen IS NOT Zen K9. We are NOT dog trainers, we do not train dogs, we do not house dogs, we do not walk dogs, and we do not breed dogs. It should also be noted that we are not based in the tri-state area, we are based (and have only been based) in California.

We are a dog matching service, where we profile new dog owners and find them the optimal dog to fit their lifestyle and expectations. We do this primarily through rescue groups.
If you would like to see what we stand for and what our mission is, please visit our website k9-zen.com.

If you aren't interested, that's cool too. I would just like to repeat and clear up ANY possible miscomminication, WE ARE NOT, NOR ARE WE AFFILIATED WITH, ZEN K9 OR THEIR HEAD TRAINER TIBOR FEIGAL.

Yeah that sounds like the woman that has just started up 'training' in this area. She called me once looking for agility lessons, but never came, her 'agility prospect' was put down for aggression. This person has never competed with dogs in anything, to my knowledge has never even been to a class for anything and was pleased to tell me her bible on dog training was Koehler, which is the ONLY book she has read.................wonderful. And her best training tool was an e collar, she also couldn't understand why I wouldn't allow her to use or have it on her dog IF she came to class..........go figure.
do you live in Toronto by any chance?
