he, I think they would ignore it. If it's "cute" and it sells they will keep on doing these experiments... One of them said it's romantic or something... personally, if I had the time and money to get a horse of any type... I wouldn't even CONSIDER this poor animal...

I have to admit it does look pretty cool but I would never buy one as this type of hybrid should NOT be created!!! They keep stating over and over how these guys should never be owned by novice horse people but guess what! That's who's gonna by them!

Thats cool looking. Not that I would ever want one. Darn rednecks, messing up our horses.

zorses are pretty cool actually. Ive been around a few of them. its not for beauty, and Ive even been around zebras that you could ride safely. most often it is a zebra and an arabian horse. increases the stamina and hardiness, not succepitble to most diseases from parasites, well, less succeptable than a horse. they just dont do so good where its cold. they also make incredible cutting, reining and barrel horses.

That is exactly why they were created for stamina and speed, it started with the arabian horse and then esculated. They can be dangerous but only if not properly trained like any other horse. Zebra's are not horrible little creatures they sometimes are more timid or nervous but they are defenantly trainable. I personnally think they are ugly creatures, stripes YUCK but that is only my opinion. They are great little cross breeds and as in any horse or any animal for that matter they require training and they need to have respect for their power. I would never walk directly behind a horse, zebra or anything else that is just asking to be kicked. Common sense is a wonderful thing required also when working around animals.

Competition does funny things to people. But also don't knock it until you've tried it they really are not that bad. How do you think the mule came to be? Donkey and a horse. How do you think the breeds of horses came to be? By breeding different breeds together to get the best of both. That is the point to the zorses to get the best of both breeds. They are great little western games horse or should I say zorses as they are quick and can turn on a dime. What is wrong with that? They have improved the breed and contributed to the good. Now if they crossed a horse and cow that would be different.

I agree with ya not a problem with new breeds. Hey look at the labradoodle and goldoodle or whatever they are called. Same thing.
