Don't have any good recipes..........but I'll grab some butter and be right over! That smell is the BEST. :D When I was little, my Mom baked bread every Sat. Sadly, I never mastered duplicating her bread......and I gave my bread machine to my sister-in-law cause I just thought it was too big or something. (I'm not a kitchen 'gadget' gal) lol But I agree........YUMMMMMMMMM!

I'll have to dig some up from my house. I've got a breadmaker too - EVERYONE should have a breadmaker, lol. One quick thing you can do is substitute different types of flour for half of the bread flour. When you do that you need to add some gluten or just add another 1/2 to one teaspoon of yeast. (You have to experiment with that a bit as different breadmakers will take different amounts.) I like to add nuts and dried fruit to mine too.

French bread dough makes the best pizza crust too.

I am a big-time kitchen gadget girl! Although, I don't have a breadmaker yet - it's on the list. :) I like making bread from scratch sometimes. Yum

Yummy! Thanks for the reminder Chell! I have a bread machine in the cupboard that I had actually forgotten about until I read your post.

Now I think I'm just going to have to pull it out this weekend and make some myself! :)

I make wholemeal bread which i have to ad gluten flour to and I love it! I also make Walnut and Banana bread which is a kinda sweet bread That taste real good. The best thing about having a bread maker is that it is alot cheaper than buying bread, I haver three growing boys which eat a loaf a day, so it can get costly, with the bread maker it works out to be about a dollar a loaf compared to the 2.50-3 dollars at the shop, and its taste better too fresh MMMMMM!!
