Had to get a new head-lamp for the car this evening, so I went to the local CT. As I walk in, I see a sliding compound mitre saw. I make a mental note to check it out because my old mitre saw was recalled and I hadn't got around to replacing it yet.

My, oh my, I do love it when power-tools that I want seem to be on sale when I'm browsing

Lorri could only roll her eyes when she came out of the other store with the kids and noticed the trunk was tied down instead of shut. :lol-sign:

The question now is......what sould I do first.....trim or find a decent stand to put the sucker on?............hmmmmmm.

Andrew...I can relate to your happiness. lol....I've seen the glee in Dave's eyeballs more than once over a power tool on sale! and yes...he recently bought a new sliding compound mitre saw. I think he thought he was in Heaven. now...put that baby on a stand and have at it.

I can understand you completely! My boyfriend and I went to the mall and we saw a few power tools... that look in his eyes... it's like a 10 year old getting a puppy for their birthday!

My mom however... would nag you to death.

Fix the garage! Build me a deck! Trim the door! Do this! Do that! The dog needs a bigger dog house! I need a TV stand! Fix the dang stairs!

Nope....no message like that. Compared to camera gear, this doesn't hit the radar. It'd maybe register as a plastic hair band...maybe.
