Today,
I finally was able to purchase and start Chinook on Innova. I'm excited to finally have him on one of the best dog food brands that are out there. I'm extremelly happy over their being no by products:D So ya, just thought I'd share the good news and new that you dog owners would understand why I'm so happy.

Yeah! Good for you. I wish I could feed Innova but I feed Canidae which my dogs like alright. It's so hard to find those brands (Innova, Canidae, and Eagle Pack around here). There is one store now and it's about a half an hour drive for us.

nope, I find if I try to order the food online I don't find it much cheaper than the store then I have to pay shipping on top of that so I actually pay more online than driving my lazy butt to the store to pick it up. I do so much stuff online (pay bills, etc.) that if I didn't go to the store to buy dog food I may never get out of the house:D .

Congrats! My Aussie has been on Innova since November and he's doing fantastic on it! And it's so much easier to clean up the yard... :D

oh well....

Inovva is to rich for our dogs, when we used it they would uranate every 30 minutes and poo 10 times a day and got thin. The vet recommended iams and their back to normal, oh well.

I sure notice a HUGE difference in yard clean-up! I just noticed yesterday, after a few months on Innova how their coats are just gleaming. :) we only have one store that sells it, and they don't sell much selection (don't carry EVO). even tho it isn't close, it is worth the drive. I also figured online buying would cause shipping charges to be really high..it's darn heavy. you'll be glad you switched. :)

I feed it and don't notice any measureable difference in waste. I do feed a little less and they're not losing weight. Energy levels *might* be up. But I definitely feel better.

Great, thanks for all your comments. I look forward to less cleanup and Chinook's coat to be gleaming ;) That is a good plus, because his coat has been really dry lately. We only have one store that sells it and it's only 15 minutes away :D So is EVO better than Innova or are they the same?

The Innova EVO has no grains. My dogs did beautifully on the Innova, but they seem to be even better on the EVO, and they like the taste even more. Every so often I get them a bag of the regular Innova just for a bit of a change though.

OK someone help me out. My dogs were on Science diet( not good ) I switched them to Nutro Natural. Way better. So now I am going one step farther. Innova. My store carries Innova and Innova EDO. Which is better? I have two Rhodesian Ridgebacks.

RR why don't you start a thread in the food forum instead of tacking your questions on the end of other people's threads?
