this is a pdf file written by the avma about how to prevent dog bites (the driving force behind most bsl). there is a section in there why breed bans are ineffective for preventing dog bites.

What is the paper for? And do you have to cite sources - just because wiki isn't a good source to use for higher ed. stuff . Depends what it's for though

she didnt mention citing anything. im writng the different between dogs that live in the wild (doesnt matter the breed) and domesticated dogs and how their life styles differ and on bsl im writing about which breeds are banned from which state and why the certaain breeds are being sterotyped
