RAW is just so incredible and I can't believe the dramatic changes in Caiza. Tiny "firm" little stool, more energy than ever, less shedding, he looks great, LOVES his venison and looks even more muscular than ever :lol-sign: I am so sorry it took so long for me to realise what a benefit it is to feeding such a diet. I was very skeptical and was almost agianst it at one point but luckily I kept my mind open and allowed myself the pleasure of learning more about it. Since Caiza's bout with the GI issues RAW has been a god sent and I have now been feeding it for 3 weeks. So to anyone who may be like I used to be about the whole raw feeding.....keep your mind open to it because knowledge is POWER and RAW is AWESOME! :)

I switched Pearl to raw because she was having horrible food allergies. She loves it, looks great, great stool... its a very effective diet and Im glad your boy is doing so well on it!

Hey, Dan, fork some money over my way and you're babbling drivel will make a huge difference to the Three B's! :D ;)
I would if I could! Between Daisy and Gunnar, we're plowing through close to 45lbs of food a week! What Bruzer gets is like scraps compared to those 2.

Of course You did help DanL :D

I met my aunt and uncles neighbor about 6 or 7 years ago and he was feeding raw and alls I thought to him was "man you are crazy" but his rottweiler bitch looked beautiful. It wasn't until I joined dog forums 2 years ago that I started to hear about it more and then when Caiza's GI issues arrised AGAIN I started thinking of it even harder. Thankfully, I only have one dog and he isn't a GREAT dane LOL! Though he thinks he is ;) He's just 60 lbs of solid muscle and since eating the raw looks incredible after only 3 weeks. I am spending about $45 bucks a week to feed him the raw venison patties from Natures variety. I still think it is cheaper than having to buy a bunch of supplements to go along with the raw and plus raw venison is not a common site here in Massachusetts. Once he eats the venison for about 4 months I am going to try the lamb. I bought him a nice frozen lamb bone from NV for his chewing pleasure and I can get lamb at my local grocery store as well. RAW Bones still make me nervous though because about 3 months ago I gave Caiza a RMB (beef) and the next day he ended up throwing up a quarter sized chunk of bone :( it was pretty jagged to and it scared me. Thanks to all who preached about raw because you changed my mind! I even just got my Dr. Pitcairns complete guide to natural health from Amazon the other day in the mail and can't wait to read it :)

I fed whiscats and 1/3 raw to my cat.

It was chicken our meat and rarely fish, she was healthy but her hair was never really shiny, and lots of shading even if she was shorth haired, and she was very light maybe she had some siamese in her blood, I guess the non shinyness it was on the genes since she was a street cat before.

My grandma picked her up in the street when she was a kitten :)
