It actually has an attachment to work both ways.

I was talking about (I am not sure if you take the front wheel off when
using it with a bike or not)

Um in regards to the comments about 3 wheels... well the other one has 2 wheels, why is it more safe??
Would you like it better with 4 wheels instead?

I think that anything can tip over. You an tip over on a bike as well... does that mean you never ride one? I really don't get the argument.
I guess I don't play into the "what ifs" in life, otherwise I would never do anything, because there are way to many what ifs.
I think that using this on an off road or dirt road might not work well, but on a paved bike path I do not see the issue. (though my perspective may be the diference in the upkeep of our roads and sidewalks/paths. When I go into NY or MI the road conditions are really bad compared to ours in my opinion...)
