I feel the same way Mordy. I think it's so sad that the dog thinks he is getting all this attention and is probably all excited, but it's only because everyone thinks he is so ugly.

Sam, the above-pictured canine, is a 14-year-old pedigreed Chinese crested owned by Susie Lockheed of Santa Barbara, California. Unfortunately, Sam is suffering from a number of age-related ailments (congestive heart failure, lung and kidney problems) and will probably make no more public appearances, so he may have to cede his "World's Ugliest Dog" crown in next year's competition.

Once you watch the video compared to the pictures he's not that ugly but you feel for the dog , he's 14 years old too which is a good age. But when the dog does try too bark on the video clip it's kinda scary
