Loki, my "problem child" at the shelter has been adopted I think I mentioned him here before, he is a massive wolf mix who has some issues with authority. He got a fantastic home with an active retired couple in their 40's, they have experience with wolfdogs and have plenty of room and money for Loki, plus they are willing to continue his training and give him a job to do. He's such a neat dog and has come a long way. I wouldve taken him in a flash if he wouldn't have tried to make dinner out of my two dogs, lol
So, now that Loki is in his (hopefully) forever home, the shelter has no more problem children! Which means that until we get another unadoptable dog, I will be exercising and socializing the puppies and young adoptable dogs.
I love working with the "problem children" as we call them (affectionately) but puppy duty is SO much fun too, I can't wait to play with the little guys... Send me strength, though - it'll take a lot of it to resist bringing one home.
