Willow has been here for a few days now and I'm surprised at how well she is taking everything.
She hates the walker, which is a bummer. She went in and one of the trainers stayed in there with her for a lap and then left her and she was great respecting the bars, only problem now is she won't go back in and the time she finally did it was total drama. Tonight we'll bribe her with apples, I can't ride because of time and can't lunge because of weather and she needs to get exercise in some way.
I have got on twice, one was to just walk and the other time we did a little trotting and a lap or two of cantering. She isn't the horse I left behind which is to be expected, but will hopefully get to that point again in the next couple of weeks.

Yes, her mane needs to be pulled... and her neck is really thin which freaks me out every time I focus on it :yikes: It's amazing what can change, I knew 30+ days was a long time, but not THAT long.
