Does it insist on raining at the only time I can take the girls for a walk all week? It's dry all day then I get out and come home, grab the leashes and it rains. Yesterday I braved the rain to get the girls their exercise (they were getting restless) but I really don't wanna today too. I am SO sick of this weather!
