i have been weeding my garden most of the day and my dog being the dippy bugger that he is stands right next to me the whole time and eats the grass. when i stop he stops and i start he starts???

he even eats it out my hand, all i feel is him tuggin at it and he even puts his head between my legs wen i bending over to eat the grass.

trying not to make it sound erotic lol

All dogs eat grass when the fresh grass comes up in Spring. Its theorized they eat it for some nutritional value. Well, maybe I shouldn't say all dogs, but most. Benji doesn't eat it, but Daisy does. Cats eat grass too.

They eat grass, new buds on bushes, sticks, bugs, poop and anything else that is around where you are working. It's like it's their way of "helping out". :D

Don't forget the spring worms and yard grubs. Buster has learned to dig them up and eat them. I keep telling him they are for my fish, but he does not listen!
