Why do people air their dirty laundry on facebook?

It's nice (or bad?) to see facebook hasn't changed since this thread was made over a year ago! :rofl1:

Yep, I love the friends and family I have on facebook.........every last one of them, but I have learned which news feeds I want to see and which ones I DON'T

99% of my facebook consists of dog related things. There were a few people that I deleted though, just because I didn't care to know every detail of their life, especially when nearly all of it was 'woe is me'.
