Thanks everyone for the support, I really am glad to of brought this out. I usually keep things to myself and never really bother finding the root or solving the problem and just letting things be, even knowing its not of the norm. It was hard, since this isn't really something I would think people are use to hearing about and probably just think people would just label me weird or a lost case of some sort, esp. to a website forum, but I know that Chaz wouldn't judge me for this and it really helps getting some of these feelings out!

If you're benefiting from talking to people on here, I would bet that talking to a counselor would do you a world of good! It's a nice feeling to get things out in the open... talking things out and having support is always very beneficial.

I don't think I'll have a problem with talking to a counselor. I actually had counseling and it really helped me ALOT with some self esteem issues I was facing. It was in a prevention program they had in my school. I really did like talking it out, but now since I'm out of high school I guess I'll have to find more professional help. Also since it was a program there'll be other kids there and I just didn't want to be judge so I just kept some things to myself, but we would have private sessions sometimes and those really helped out. But the group sessions also helped me find some friends to help me relate to somethings.

I do hope that you seek help other than us here ......it really sounds like self mutilation or " cutting " to me . You have to learn to love yourself .

Or sometimes I dream about getting raped, hit, used, or killed, just something bad beinging done to me by the opposite sex. .
Do you ever have these dreams when you're half awake, or feel like you're awake but can't move? Because that could be sleep paralysis, aka "old hag syndrome."
