Who says Dogs can't speak English!?

If you've ever wanted a parrot but decided to stick with a dog...or wished you could teach your dog to talk like a parrot, here's a video for you.

I'm not sure how people got their dogs to do this stuff, but it's pretty amazing, very entertaining and the cuteness of the whole thing is just unbearable!

After watching this I now know how they came up with the voice for Scooby Doo, and it makes his character somewhat beleivable...I wonder if he was based off of a dog like these

Aww, that's so cute. My dogs would be saying too much. They looove to talk, or bark/howl.

They may not actually be able to talk like those dogs, but they can certainly spell. Spell out F-O-O-D, and they'll point their nose on the food bowl, or bring it as they like to do. W-A-L-K and he'll bring the leash. Secretly you have to say it backwards if you don't want them to go nuts.

LOL! My grandma's dog could say "hamburger." My dog made very odd grumbling noises or high pitched "yawn" noises. You could hold a conversation with her, she'd play bow and speak gibberish and you'd talk to her, and she'd reply.

awww^ive seen it before but my speakers wernt working this time i think poppy would say, "look im at the door, can we please go on a walk now" then we get back and 5 minuits later "lets go! what do you mean weve just been?"
