And thanks for the idea... we just planted an herb garden in the middle of our outdoor coffee table (which is really a street grate with a hole in the middle sitting on top of a wine barrel planter) and our basil and mints plants are overflowing. We've been doing a lot of pesto and mint juleps but it is 90 in SF today... mojitos, baby!
