Who feeds RAW?

I am starting my girls on RAW after I move next week. It's been a long road, but we have finally gotten to the point that commercial dog food just won't work. Kodie has bad allergies and I want to control everything that she eats. Fatihey has stomach problems and I have been told that RAW would help her a lot.

I feed raw to all 3 of our dogs, the GSD, a pug, and a senior citizen mix breed. They are thriving. There is a good raw forum on germanshepherds.com, you might want to check there (since you have a GSD!). Some good beginner info and links over there.

I do. Not a 100% raw diet though, since I also include cooked items and steam most veggies. My overall feeding plan is roughly 70% raw meat and bones, the remaining 30% are extras like veggies, fruit, eggs, certain dairy products and healthy leftovers.

I also feed raw to my 8 year old collie for about two years now (1 year half raw/half commercial dog food, 1 year 100% raw). Almost all of my dog's problems are gone. Well, except for his epilepsy that is.

Just started my cocker on raw today.

Starting off with prepared raw(from Healthy Paws) in the morning and Innova puppy in the evening. We will see how it goes.
