Hi...
I'm not sure who will remember me. I was a regular member about two years ago but life got in the way... To rehash, I have a pit bull mix named Mojo. He is now about 6 years old and has always been healthy. He is up-to-date on his shots, and is being fed Innova out of metal dishes.
A month ago I noticed a small white spot on his nose. I freaked a little but was reassured by other dog owners that it's probably nothing. I have been keeping an eye on it, and this morning I saw that it is at least twice to three times the size it was before.
He let me touch it this morning and it is hard and unmoving to the touch, while the rest of his nose is pliable (for a dog nose) and wet. He is still loving, and energetic. He's eating his food and is drinking plenty of water.
I do have a vet appointment for tomorrow morning.
But I was wondering if anyone has an idea of what I can expect? I am hoping it's just a benign cyst. But I am very worried right now, regardless of my hope.
Thanks for any advice.
