ive been reading on the internet what to take to help these cyrstals from coming back once their gone.
different places say potassium citrate . i also read calcium citrate will bind excess oxolate acid in gut. this bound oxolate cant be absorbed and is excreted through feces.
the potassium might not be sure thing in balancing ph should i use the calcium citrate?
