Over the years that I have talk to dog owners who has multiple or more dogs in their house hold. They never talk about all of their dogs equally it's always like "this is my favorite child" This is the dog I always talk about more then the other dogs etc

For me it is Orson..........Phoebe is actually my son's dog and made it clear from day one who HER favorite was, LOL Next to my son, any child she has just met will STILL come before my husband or me........that's just the kind of girl she is and I love her for it.

But Orson is my shadow, my love, and MY doggie ;)

I talk about my Sheltie the most even though she has passed. She was MY first dog. Even though Bandit is very much my dog now I don't know if I'll ever love a dog the same way I loved Shelby. She was my childhood companion. Just like I don't love my current horse like I love my pony whom I've had since I was 8 or like how I love my brother and sister differently. Not more, just different, you know?

Ronin and Ilsa. Ada doesn't live with me, she lives with my SO. She's technically his dog, even though it's been decided that the dogs are "ours".

I talk about my Doberman, Lyric the most on here. I love all my dogs equally fo their own unique personalities. But I guess because I've put more training into Lyric....we've done more things together, like agility and other obedience classes, which I haven't done with my Chihuahuas, I have a different bond with him....more to talk about, I guess.

It is a hard thing to describe...but it's true, like Paige said...you love everyone the same, but in different ways. Lyric just seems to give me more to talk about. He's been more of a challenge as a youngster... he's done more. But I adore my little Chi's too and my son's dog, who lives with me is really growing on me...a real bond forming with her. I do talk a little about my other ones too, just not quite so much. I guess I should beef that up....maybe get some pictures of their crazy antics. They're really a joy to me.

Kharma. She's easy to talk about - very overtly quirky. Bimmer is more the strong, silent type, lol . . . But seriously, you kind of have to know him in person to "get" him. He's a much more introverted creature.

I definitely talk about Joey more. I love Roxie, but I have so much more history with Joey and I just love his personality. He's a much easier dog than she is (entirely not her fault though, she had pretty terrible former owners). And I guess I still distance myself a bit because I'm not entirely sure she's staying yet. I sometimes really wonder if she'd be a lot happier as an only dog. Right now I'm just watching and waiting to see how well they interact.

Petie......Petie Petie lol
I love all my dogs, but Petie is my soul and has been since he started making eye contact at 3 weeks old. It was just a connection, it happens and its wonderful. He has also been my star, doesn't matter what I ask him to do, he does it brillantly, there hasn't been one event that he hasn't won in or CH'd in. What a wonderful and fun dog to have, the bonus is he is also my biggest cuddle bug too.

Voodoo, simply because he gets into the most trouble. I need Chaz help---and venting space---more with Voodoo.

I don't talk about Zeus as much on Chaz, but that's because he's my sweet angel-boy and perfect dog. No problems with him!

i think i talk about them all pretty equally.

i talk about ares because he has done the most and he is the problem child. i talk about morgan because she is the one that comforts me. i talk about tyr and nyx because they are the ones currently in training.

they all have got so much personality, that it's impossible to leave one out of the conversation.

I think I talk about Teeny the most because she is the busiest of the two. But Wally, Wally is my one and only. He knows it too. I love that snuggle bunny Greyhound <3

I've only got Jager. He's really my first dog. We had a dog (Peaches) when I was growing up who i mention sometimes, but he was a family dog, and the family didn't train him. But except for running away (the whole neighborhood knew him) he was a pretty "good" dog.

So for now, i talk about my Jager-boy.

I always talk about Dance simply because I don't consider Morgan and Winston to be mine. Dance belongs to me and I spend all of my time with her, and she's the only one I'm really bonded to. When I had Tango, I talked about them both equally I think - or, I tried to anyway.
