I'd guess some kind of mix.

Maybe australian shepherd mix? border collie mix?


lil guy looks so sad :( and why is he on a chain?

Could be a lot of different herding breeds. I'm going to guess Aussie but it could also be a border collie.

Either Australian Shepherd or border collie or a mix. It's hard to tell at that age, but it's not a Belgian shepherd in the slightest.

Not unless you have a different definition of Belgian shepherd over there. The shape isn't right and the colors couldn't happen in a Belgian shepherd. Cute though!

There are other shepherds with this coloring, do some research. It's hard to say when we don't know the size or age of the puppy. Word to the wise, NEVER ever buy from a pet store. You are not getting a high quality well bred puppy. In fact, you will be paying a lot of money for a poorly bred puppy. Not a "pet quality" puppy, a poorly bred puppy. Many of them suffer from malnutrition as well as bad (really bad) breeding. Early malnutrition can result in bowed legs, and several other conditions. You are not "rescuing" a puppy. You are making room for more poorly bred puppies.
