Your roly poly puppy went the same place mine did. They grew up, well atleast in body they grew up. The brain isn't quite there yet with Phoebe.

I'm not sure what it is about the first photo that makes him look so goofy, but I love it! And WOW he is looking handsome and grown up in all the other shots! What a beautiful guy he's turning into.
