/dog stuff- walking, grooming, training, volunteering whatever dog I can do.

Mostly it's just drawing.

When I'm angry especially I like to draw really creepy moody pictures.

walking, or talking to Buster. He can tell the difference between when I'm sad and angry, if I'm angry and upset he generally just leaves me alone, if I'm upset about something making me sad he comes and finds me and licks the tears off my face, sounds corny but he does.
I do tend to write when I'm really upset, but I don't tend to write when I'm happy. I do have a journal, but everything in it is negative because I only use it when I'm in a bad mood.

I listen to reallyyyy loud music.
Or I sleep. Haha seriously, by the time I wake up I'm over whatever it is that had me down.

Hanging out with friends used to be help but these days they seem to be the reason why I'm down in the first place.

Photography. Sitting in a quiet place taking pictures of nature.

Walking Lizzie or Blaze (though he's still a pup so it's not the same yet) in a quiet area or in the woods/field.

Music. Talking to friends helps alot too, I'm very gratefull for my friends :)

Oz. Oz helps me out. Playing with him, or walking with him, or training him always helps me unwind. We never have a goal, so we never fail!

If its Oz thats making me PO'd I listen to music, or go and hang out with my friends.
I also draw (poorly) paint (even worse) and sing (dont go there... )

To be honest. My therapist. She is a life saver. I adore her!

Losing myself in a good book is my fave, usually with freshly waxed eyebrows and a mask of some sort drying on my face and a protein pack in my hair. :)
I also like to write, and I walk the dogs when I'm frustrated, too.
