What's everyone's plans for New Year's?

If I was back home, I'd be going to a party..
But since we don't leave until the 5th ( ) I'll be here with family and my aunts having people over. I'm just probably going to eat and skype with whoever isn't at a party haha

I'll be working again, 3rd year in the row I'll be behind the bar. My celebrations start at 2am when I finish and I have the week after off atleast.

I'm still sooo sick. I've been coughing every night for the past 3 nights, no sleep, sooo congested, can't breathe, you get the picture. I feel terrible. And my step-sister knocked her 4 front teeth out while on a trampoline completely drunk out of her mind, so she's all on pain meds and gonna be at my dads house. Soo... doing the family thing this year. Dad, stepmom, lil bro, step-grandparents, stepsister, and Wii! lol

New Year's Eve - working late, getting to be early!
New Year's Day - pulling a red dobergirl from a shelter, then driving her to Illinois to trade her for Allicyn.

Going to a neighbor's place for a while. If it's too crowded, we'll move our party back home. I've been "cooking" all day. So far I've made:

Rummy Bears (Mount Gay rum soaked gummi bears)
Drunken Gummi Bears (same thing, but Absolut)
Fresh bruschetta
Onion dip
Cheese cake in progress

Also have a supply of cracker barrel and crackers.

Also had to go get the cream and half/half for the dirty banana drinks that my neighbor loves. Might have to get started early on that

We will be heading up to Dave&Busters for some drinks and games...then about 10:30 ish we will jump into a limo and head to D.C and see the Midnight Fire works

Yup. Basically, take the gummi bears, put them in a glass container (non-reactive). Cover with Vodka/Rum/Tequila/etc. They will absorb everything you give them, so adjust how much you put in to your taste. They expand a bit as they absorb the alcohol so leave room. Cover and put in the fridge for like 2 or 3 days. They become mini Jello shots.

Going to a formal dinner-thing with a friend, dressing up and then eating myself sick. He has promised that the food will be good.

After that, wild partying as usual. In reality, I'm probably just going to pass out around 1. I'm so boring. It's awesome

Possibly going up to Boulder to hang out with some of Ted's friends, possibly just staying in with some food/booze and Sawyer. It's quite snowy out right now. And we may not be able to move from the workout we did at the gym today.

I ended up driving to Wisconsin to pick up two kittens from the lowest budget shelter I have ever been in, then getting stuck in an ice storm on the way back. We finally made it back to his place and ordered pizza and played with kittehs. Great night
