As for "bonding", I adopted a 2 yo dog and he bonded wonderfully with me. He knew basic obedience and has been wonderful to have around.

I have now completed the "puppy experience" and I will never do it again. I'll buy "started" or "green" dogs from now on. You have to go through house breaking and cleaning up poo and pee, then there's the teething phase, and the "I forgot everything you taught me - lets start over" also called the "testing" phase.

Sorry guys, but that was too much for me.

As far as training "your way", dogs learn fast. They'll learn a new language or whatever you want once you bond.

What I'd be worried about is you having several puppies from the same litter. You know how hard it can be to have siblings. How will they react when they get split up at 6 months? I think it would be just to hard to do the proper socializing and other work with all those siblings. I'd rather get a pup or an older dog that had some life experiences.

They are separated. They live in separate kennels and they get training one on one, one pup at a time. They will be split up LONG before it's time to find a new home.
