The older boys (Mick and Murph) will snooze until I get up, Riley's little eyeballs don't pop open until the sun is up... and it's been getting earlier and earlier... :p

Cipi is kept outside unless it's during the day and all the family is just hanging out, then he comes in as he please, but for most part he is outside dog, so he has the option to go in and out of his kennel to the yard as he pleases to use the restroom. He's a heavy sleeper though, but if someone comes out to the yard in the morning he will get up, unless he decides to just stay in slumber. ;)

5:30... but that's what time I have to get up anyway ;) No snooze button for me! :p

But weekends are usually 7:30 :)

Sam can usually wait for me to wake up but sometimes he needs to go or he gets hungry and he just cannot wait nay longer. He's usually up at about 6:30-8:00am. If he wants up early though the he gets fed, goes out for a bit and then he wants back to bed.

If he's willing to wait for me to wake up then he watches me, but if I open so much as one eye then that's it, I must get up.

Mine go off when my second alarm goes off. They know when the first one goes off there's a good chance I don't want to be bothered for another 5-10 minutes. But when the second one goes off I get mugged.

If there is no alarm (weekend w/ nothing going on) they leave me alone til I get up for the most part. I rarely sleep past 7am, almost never past 7:30am, so I haven't really tested how long they will go. Usually if I sleep til 7 Kim is awake but reclining, Web is curled into a ball asleep, and Mira is standing in the middle of the room trying ever so hard to not bother me but hardly able to contain herself lol

When they were younger, Boomer and Kassie, would get up around 5am. I got Tilly when she was 6 years old and would look at us oddly when we'd get up early. She was content in staying in bed till 8am. Now that they are all older I have to get them all up to go potty, then they go back to bed till around 8am for their breakfast.

I had it made when it was just my beagle Darla - she'll sleep as long as I did...BUT Miya our Akita wants out by 8:00 and our newest addition, Alice, wakes me up at 7:30. My other little alram clock is my cat Chooch - he will smack my face with his paw to wake me up even on the rare occassions that the dogs let me sleep in a bit lol

Those of you with sleepy dogs...you are so lucky!

My cocker used to be one for sleeping with me no matter how late it got. Maeve the collie needs to get out before 8 am or her 12 year old bladder is unhappy.

Watson will at least go back to bed after a bit if it's a weekend...

Some time between 5-6. Usually 5:30ish then she goes out to go to the bathroom and then tennis ball throwing inside for 15min or so then I go back to sleep and she eventually joins me.

That brings to mind at a time when Tilly was sick, had an upset stomach during the night and needed to go out ASAP. All I remember was being woken up with a mini poodle sitting and jumping over my head, it was urgent.

I'm glad Juno has learned to sleep in. She used to wake up promptly at 6am, wanting breakfast. It's not a big deal because my mom deals with the dogs in the morning, but if she was 5 minutes "late" Juno did not like that. If my mom is not home on a weekend, then I know Juno has lasted until 9am without waking up... at which point I will make her get up, so that breakfast and lunch aren't combined into one meal.

She also goes right back to bed after being fed in the morning, and is content until I wake up--usually about noon.

Meg is another that never gets up before me. I can sleep until 9:30, then lay in bed watching TV for an hour, and she still won't stir until I get out of bed, other than moving herself up from the foot of the bed onto my pillow to snuggle and fall back asleep.

Bless her little heart, it is one of her many wonderful traits.

The pit bulls? They sleep until they HAVE to pee, as long as they've got a comfy bed :) Edna's never slept past 10:30 (and that's when I take her out at 1-2 the night before). On week days I wake up before her (she wakes up around 9).
