What supplements do you take?

I tried some vitamins a while ago and the whole ginko thing for memory. Didn't work, noticed no difference. Stayed on it for two months and then stopped wasting money.
Ginko only works for memory in a percentage of the population (typically people in the A blood type group just because of the way it's absorbed).
Typically though most people take it now a days to avoid the 3 O'Clock slump.

You have to take some of these things for more then 2 months as the effect is cumulative not instantaneous.

I take GNC Mega Men multivitamin, 1000mg of Vitamin C in the morning and also a green tea extract because I don't have time to drink a cup of it before I run out the door in the morning.
In the past I have taken all kinds of supplements for health, post surgery, energy etc.

4 prescription "fish oil" pills (2 in the morning, 2 at night)

Thanks for reminding me.. I forgot to take anything yesterday!

I take Twinlab Daily One Caps (high potency multi vitamin and mineral) 3-4 times a week (you don’t need to take them more often than that if you have a good quality vitamin). On days I am not taking one, I take Iron pills. And when I remember… I take fish oil pills. I should be doing better on the fish oil. They are one of the very best things you can put in your body.

I generally don't take anything. I try to focus on whole food sources of my vitamins and minerals. I do have a few things around that I'll take if I'm feeling I need something. I take a Zinc/C/Elderberry complex for warding off colds when I'm feeling like I'm coming down with something, or if DH has something and I don't want to get it. I have some RenewLife spirulina liquid that is just the foulest tasting substance known to man but I'll take it if I feel down and tired and just lacking.

I'm a vegetarian, but not a vegan, so I don't feel the need to load up on the Bs or iron or anything.
