All I can repeat ...if you're small , be thankful !! They are only looked at for 35 to 40 years and then they fall south . My neighbor needed my help after a fall a few months ago . I knew her as 60 and busty .... helping her out of the shower , what a shock ! Poor gal, her nipples meet her navel . Too much is made of breast size today . Don't enhance !!!! If uncomfortably large --- reduce !!! Do it for health issues only .
