What pet related articles are lacking on the internet?

As most of you know, I run an online vet advice site. I want this site to also be full of informative articles. I've got a lot of veterinary knowledge that I really enjoy writing about!

I'd like to write some articles about things that people may be having difficulty finding elsewhere.

What are some things that you have searched for on the net but not found good information on?

Thanks guys!
Dr. Marie.

How much of that money would our idea's and suggestions be seeing?

Ouch..ok...point taken guys.

I post on a few different forums and chazhound is by far the hardest on me.

I thought some of you may be able to help me out, but I guess I understand if you feel I am just in things for the money.

Sorry to offend.

you've been banned from several for spamming if I remember correctly.
LOL Crisosphynx! The first forum that I ever posted in was one that you were a member of. You had a personal vendetta against me from the start. You petitioned the moderators to ask me to leave so I did. I have not been banned from other forums.

I have an issue with people who want me to give them something and then have them turn around and charge for it.

I don't have any issue with you personally. Can't say I care one way or another. But there are fantastic articles for FREE all over the internet. I give advice when I feel like it here. Yes as a trainer I suppose I am giving away some free service. But as part of a community I love to give back.

You have never tried to be apart of the community here. You just seem to want to come in and use us when its convenient for you and then leave again. Can you honestly say you expected anything different?

HA!

telling people to not go to the vet, but to go to your site instead. Yeah, real personal, nothing to do with it being dangerous.

You petitioned the moderators to ask me to leave so I did.
I remember it quite differently. Very differently in fact.

either way, since we are airing it out. I think what you do it incredibly irresponsible and dangerous.

Geez, and she's local to me, too. :(

Look, identical information to many of the articles on your site can easily be found for free through Google... and frankly, I'll take that route before ever paying someone for an article of unknown quality. No offense, but it isn't very polite to come into our community and ask for things to help your business when you never involve yourself here otherwise.

I own and run a pet business, but I never advertise or promote where I am not already participating and welcomed.

Are you actually a veterinarian? Do you have your own practice or are you an employee of one?

That's probably because we tend to be less tolerant of spammers, trolls, and the like. From the little I've heard about your "advice" from those who have listened to it, it's not very good. Why would anyone on here give you more ideas of topics to give innocent pet owners bad advice on?

All but two of my posts were in response to other members in this forum - answering questions about their pets. The two that weren't were my introduction post and this one.

Spamming is when someone pops into a forum and posts a link to their site and doesn't contribute at all to the conversation.

Anyhow...I know that I am helping people. I also know that I will never be able to convince some of you of that fact! You have no idea how many people send me emails thanking me profusely for being available when their vet was not. Check out the feedback page on my site...I did not make up a single word of that. And that is just a small sample of the feedback that gets sent to me.

And yes, I do charge to be available. It's quite inexpensive. The money I make helps to cover my website hosting and development fees. And this month I am donating all of my revenue to the Humane Society. Next month, 50% of my revenue.

I do regret posting this in here...didn't want to stir up another heated argument. I love my career and I have really enjoyed creating my online site.

My apologies to those who are offended.

I dont approve of people with no credentials encouraging people not to take their pets to the vet and instead to PAY SOMEBODY for info when that person didnt go to vet school

your not a vet :/ sorry.. and as for pet related articles.. its called Google. and you dont have to pay for them.

or if I wanted to ask advice from dog savvy people.. CHAZ! lol

I can't put in images on this computer. So I will have to be an observer, not an athlete. :p
