What kind of dog is this?

Can someone please tell me what kind of dog this is? I was told it's a pekingese but it doesn't look like a pekingese. I'm thinking its a mix of something but also was told it was pure. So i'm kind of lost.

It looks like a Peke mix, for sure, perhaps mixed with Cavalier or a King Charles Spaniel (not a Cavalier)

I don't think I'm explaining it right, lol. I was talking about the English Toy Spaniel, it's sometimes called the King Charles Spaniel. (I grew up knowing those dogs as King Charles Spaniels, not ETS, so I've stuck with calling them that.)
