What is this bump?!!!

I just noticed this small bump about the size of a pea on my dogs head like the bone over her eye could it be cancerous should I go to the vet?

hey frodos having same thing going on too..he has 1 on the knee, 1 on other toe, and 1 beside his right eye. i researched it and i think its called demodex mite disease, aka Demodicosis..somthign like that..it happens to dogs before age of 1 and if its really small i think its called "localized"..which will heal by itself after a week or try putting on some cream/gell from the vet...so the best thing to do is GO TO A VET.

uh well it must not be that 'Demodicosis" thing cause my dog is 8... thanx tho... Ill try to get my mom to take us to the vet... o and its really hard to I thought it was a bone or BB at first... thanx!
